Obituary for Irene Mae O'Neal (Long)

Irene M. O’Neal, 99, passed away at home on Tuesday November 28, 2017.
She was born to the late Benjamin and Bertha (May) Long on July 23, 1918 in Ohio.
She is also preceded in death by a daughter Phyllis Moseley and eight brothers and sisters.
Irene worked as a custodian for Jefferson County Board of Education.
She is survived by her children, Delbert O’Neal, Juanita Sanders, Jessie Stivers, Elaine Warren (Thomas), and Harry J. O’Neal along with 18 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-7 and Friday from 10:00 until time of service.
